FRAZIER PARK, Calif. — Residents concerned about water bills, infrastructure projects and local utility accountability have another opportunity to follow the Frazier Park Public Utility District Board of Directors.
The district’s official meetings schedule lists a regular board meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2026. The district says the board generally meets on the second Thursday of each month at 4 p.m. Special meetings may also be held. Residents should consult the final published agenda to confirm the November meeting’s precise time, attendance instructions and business.
What does the district do?
Frazier Park PUD is a special public utility district overseeing water services in its defined service area. Its responsibilities differ from those of Kern County, the local school district and individual neighboring water providers. A home’s connection should be confirmed from its actual utility bill.
Where are the records?
Through the district’s website, customers can access water billing, current rates and fees, monthly manager’s reports, meeting video, district policies and water-quality consumer confidence reports.
The district also maintains a reports archive including discussion of earlier grand jury reports and district responses. Document publication makes oversight possible; it does not in itself establish that a particular allegation is true or false.
Why check the agenda?
Board meetings can include engineering contracts, water rate matters, grant funding, customer policies and operational reports. Agenda descriptions may change and the board can postpone action. A scheduled item should not be described as an approved decision until the board actually acts.
Contact the district at 4020 Park Drive, Frazier Park, CA 93225, phone 661-245-3734. For a possible water emergency, use the district’s official emergency number and notices, not a general news article.
